DIGITAL PATTERN DOWNLOAD ONLY - Molly Molotov Amigurumi Crochet Pattern

Let’s just say I made this little Molotov Cocktail as a way to channel my feelings about the current US political climate. Better than throwing the real thing around (maybe?).
Molly is a fast and easy project that can be made with any size yarn you like. A chart is included to help you choose the right hook and yarn weight to achieve the desired size for your Molotov. It’s a great stash buster for your leftover yarn scraps!
Materials Needed:
Crochet hook
Yarn in any weight or fiber type you choose
Bottle: 20-60 yards (depending on yarn weight)
Cloth: 1 yard in white
Flame: a few inches of scrap in red & yellow (or any fiery color you have)
Yarn needle
Piece of flat scrap plastic, such as a yogurt lid
Pen and scissors for cutting the scrap plastic
Fiber fill and/or scrap yarn for stuffing
Difficulty: This is an easy pattern recommended for a beginner or above.
Instruction Style: Includes written instructions with helpful photos. This pattern uses American/US crochet terminology.
Stitches & Skills Used:
This pattern is worked in joined rounds; invisible joining method is recommended and a photo/instruction guide is provided in the pattern
CH - Chain
MR - Magic ring/circle
SC - Single crochet
SLST - Slip stitch
FLO - Front loop only
BLO - Back loop only
BPSC - Back post single crochet
INC - Single crochet increase
INVDEC - Single crochet invisible decrease
